Meet Flavia
Hi, I'm Flavia Lemes (Flavia Galvão Lemes), a strategic HR executive and organizational advisor, Founder of FGL Advisory Group. I help leaders build the organizational foundation and people practices required to execute strategy, support growth, and drive performance.
Throughout my career, I've partnered with executive teams through rapid growth, M&A, leadership transitions, change, and transformation. Across companies and stages, I've seen a consistent challenge: as the business evolves, leadership alignment, organizational structure, and people practices don't always evolve with it.
I believe HR has the greatest impact when it understands the business and helps leaders intentionally build the organization needed to achieve its goals.
That's why I founded FGL Advisory Group: to work closely with leaders, helping them make thoughtful decisions about how their organizations are designed and led, with both business priorities and the people behind them in mind.
I bring both strategy and execution to the work, from identify what needs to be built or changed, design practical solutions, and helping put them into practice.
